What you can pay with at Bizzo

Bizzo accepts deposits through cards, e-wallets, cryptocurrency and bank transfer. The platform supports Visa, Mastercard, Neteller, Skrill, Jeton, ecoPayz, Perfect Money, Interac, Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin, alongside Wire Transfer, Flexepin and Kinguin. All funding methods share a minimum deposit of 10 EUR or USD, with no deposit fee charged by the operator.

Cryptocurrency payments run through CoinsPaid. Because of how crypto works, deposit limits cannot be applied to transactions made through that processor — the 10 EUR/USD minimum still holds, but upper ceilings do not.

The platform accepts 24 fiat currencies including EUR, USD, CAD, PLN, CZK, NOK, BGN, BRL, CHF, INR, JPY, MXN, RUB and UAH, plus three cryptocurrencies. Players in Australia can fund accounts and request payouts in their own currency where the operator supports it.

How a deposit works

Funding an account takes four steps. First, log in and open the cashier from your account dashboard. Second, pick a payment method from the list the platform shows. Third, enter the amount — at least 10 EUR or USD — and confirm the currency matches what you intended. Fourth, follow the prompts for your chosen method: card details for Visa or Mastercard, login credentials for e-wallets, wallet address for crypto.

Deposits made via Flexepin or Kinguin are one-way only: money goes in through them, but payouts return by an alternative route such as card, e-wallet or bank transfer.

Getting money out

Requesting a withdrawal starts in the same cashier. Select the withdrawal tab, choose a method that matches how you deposited where possible, and enter the amount. The platform enforces a same-method rule: you must withdraw using the method you deposited with. If you funded the account by card, any payout equal to or lower than the deposit goes back to that card; amounts above the deposit total are paid via an alternative method.

The minimum withdrawal sits at 10 EUR or USD for most methods. Wire Transfer requires at least 500 EUR or USD, which is considerably higher than the rest. Maximum daily withdrawal is capped at 4,000 EUR, with a weekly limit of 16,000 EUR and a monthly ceiling of 50,000 EUR. Progressive jackpot winnings are paid in full regardless of these caps.

Before the first withdrawal clears, the operator will ask you to complete identity verification. You cannot cash out until that process finishes — see the verification section below for what is needed.

How long it takes

Deposits clear instantly for cards, e-wallets and cryptocurrency. Wire Transfer can take longer depending on the sending bank, but most funding transactions show up in the account within minutes.

Withdrawals take longer. The operator states a processing window of up to three days, depending on the payment method chosen. During that time the request sits in a pending state while the platform reviews it. Once approved, the actual transfer speed depends on the route: e-wallets and crypto are usually faster than cards, and bank transfers can add several working days on top of the operator's own processing time.

Good to know: the first withdrawal always takes longer because verification must finish before any payout is released. Subsequent requests from a verified account move faster, but the three-day window still applies.

Fees and limits

The operator charges no fee on deposits. Withdrawals are also free in most cases, but Wire Transfer may attract intermediary bank charges up to the equivalent of 16 EUR. If you close an account with funds still in it, a manual bank transfer fee of 12.50 EUR (or currency equivalent) is charged.

Bizzo imposes a turnover requirement before withdrawal: you must wager three times your deposit on casino or live casino bets, or once on sports bets with minimum odds of 1.1. If you try to withdraw before meeting that requirement, the platform reserves the right to charge transaction processing costs. In practice, this means small deposits and immediate withdrawal attempts will be penalised.

An inactive account fee of 10 EUR per month applies after 12 consecutive months without logging in. The fee is deducted from the remaining balance until the account is empty or you log back in.

Where you request a refund — within 24 hours of a disputed transaction, or within 30 days if you claim unauthorised third-party access — all bonuses and winnings are deducted before the refund is calculated. If the refund amount falls below the payment processor's minimum, the operator can refuse it.

Verification: what you will be asked for

Licensed operators verify identity before releasing a first withdrawal, and Bizzo is no exception. The platform will ask for proof of identity and proof of address. Identity is typically confirmed with a passport, driver's licence or national ID card; address is confirmed with a recent utility bill, bank statement or government-issued document showing your name and residential address.

Upload the documents through your account dashboard or send them to the operator's support team when prompted. The review process can take up to two weeks. If verification is not completed within 14 days of the request, the account is permanently closed and winnings are confiscated — so respond quickly when the operator asks.

Once verified, future withdrawals from the same account do not require the documents again unless your details change or the platform flags something for a fresh check.

When a payout is late or refused

Withdrawals are sometimes held or rejected. Common reasons include incomplete verification, an active bonus with unmet wagering, a withdrawal amount above the daily cap, or a mismatch between the deposit method and the requested payout route.

If a payout does not arrive within the stated window, or if a request is declined, contact the operator's support team. Have the transaction date, the amount, the method and your account details ready. The platform's support email is listed on its own site, and live chat is available 24/7 for faster responses.

This portal cannot process withdrawals, verify accounts or resolve payment disputes — those requests must go directly to the operator.

Gambling involves risk and should remain entertainment, not a way to make money. Set a budget before you play and stick to it. If gambling is causing problems, the National Gambling Helpline is available 24 hours a day on 1800 858 858, with free online chat and email counselling through Gambling Help Online. BetStop — the National Self-Exclusion Register at betstop.gov.au — excludes you from all licensed Australian online and phone wagering providers at once, for a minimum of three months and up to life. This site is an independent information portal and does not accept wagers, process payments or organise gambling. Access is restricted to adults 18+ only. For help, contact [email protected].
